Youth/Parent Day is sponsored by the Conway Police Department and the Conway Sportsman's club and is one of the most popular of all youth and family events.

This event is free and open to all Conway residents and families and friends and families of club members. Also those who are interested in joining this is a chance to come visit the club and see what we have to offer.

Join us at the club grounds on Elmer Rd. for a wonderful day of activities and demonstrations to celebrate the great outdoors. Kids are almost guaranteed to catch hungry trout in our trout pool. Moms and Dads can help assemble a bird house to take home at the end of the day. Kids of all ages can learn how to tie flies, or shoot a bow and arrow. Under the watchful eye of skilled instructors, kids can shoot a pellet gun or even an authentic black powder rifle. Bigger kids can experience trap shooting on our sporting clay range. Imagine taking home a cast of a real bear or coyote footprint that you've made yourself.

And best of all, no one goes home hungry. Nothing tastes better on a beautiful summer day than hot dogs and burgers hot off the grill.

So, if you've never attended a club event before, or are new to town and want to meet your neighbors, or just give your kids a day to remember, please join us for this wonderful event on the beautiful grounds of the Conway Sportsman's club. No need to call ahead, just pack up the whole family and come along.
